Considering the new "You must have fun" rule.
I’ve been playing D&D since about 1976 or so. (Oddly, it wasn’t my first roleplaying game; Empire of the Petal Throne was the first one I played. ) I dabbled a bit in running a game off and on, but decided to really take the plunge when 3rd edition came out. Plunged into 4th edition in the summer of 2008 … some blog posts from that period address how that went and what I thought of the game.
Have also played and run lots of Traveller, and I’m a big fan of D. Vincent Baker’s Dogs in the Vineyard.
